In October of 1998, the Port Arthur International Seafarers' Center hosted its first Cigar Evenings.
It is amazing how 25 years have past so quickly, and 79 great experiences of fellowship have followed.
The 80th PAISC Cigar Evening will be Friday, September 8, 2023. This is a change from the original schedule because of event conflict.
We have updated the website, and now you can:

- Sign up as a Club Member which includes the final two 2023 cigar evenings and a 50th Anniversary Zippo Lighter
