Our latest 82 demo is nearing completion in the Trim Department at the end of Line 1 in New Gretna. Finished in Snow White gelcoat, this five-stateroom, six-head convertible – capable of 42-plus knots – will make her tournament debut this summer at the Bermuda Triple Crown.

The Trim Department installs the doors, furniture, carpeting, flooring, hardware, salon doors, hatches and rubrail – and applies the black mask. It’s a significant phase of the build, covering both interior and exterior finish work.

The flybridge is taking shape, with the teak helm pod installed and the center console in place. Visibility from the teak-clad helm platform is exceptional, and ergonomics and service access are built into the layout from the start – reinforcing the performance-driven design that defines the 82.

In the salon, the walnut interior features a satin finish and is coming together with cabinetry installed, lighting live and hardware being fine-tuned. Every joint and reveal is checked before she leaves the line, reflecting the fit-and-finish standards our boatbuilders deliver every day.

Right behind the demo, we have a Sky Bridge model (above) and another open bridge 82 also in build. When complete, both will be ready for turnkey delivery. For more information, contact your authorized Viking dealer.
