What's the difference between Pi and PI?

One is infinite, the other is so finite it's finished

So far, 89 bills in this General Assembly have bit the dust. That's out of a total of 513. At this rate, the legislature should have a pretty modest year in bill volume. Of the dead bills, Democrat-only sponsored legislation is least affected at 12 six feet under. Bi-partisan bills hit the 24 PI mark and GOP-only sponsored bills reach 65. That's the impact of a one-party dominant legislature. So here's a pi limerick by a former professor at Colorado College to cheer us up:

PI

It's a wonderful project of mine,

A new value to pi to assign.

Some would set it at 3,

But it's better, you see,

At 3.14159.
