Eighteen year old Neapolitan, Sarah Hardwig, was born with Leber's Congenital Amaurosis (LCA)-an eye blinding disorder. As a child, Sarah has overcome many challenges with her blindness. With the help of Sarah's parents and Lighthouse of Collier, Sarah has been able to grow and develop just like her sighted friends.
Scramble Fore Sarah golf tournament proceeds will benefit the nonprofits Lighthouse of Collier, Inc., Center for Blindness and Vision Loss and Foundation Fighting Blindness. The golf tournament is made possible by the Presenting Sponsor Tiburon Golf Club and Media Sponsor Naples Daily News.
