Dear 8th Grade Families,

Our 8th Grade scholars have worked diligently all year, and their hard work will be recognized at the 8th Grade Promotion ceremony that will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 6:00 PM.

Ceremony/Reception: All 8th Grade scholars must check-in by 5:30 PM in the Trivium Gym. The ceremony will start at 6:00 PM with a reception to follow in the Accomazzo Quad. The ceremony and reception will be hosted by the school.

This year, 8th grade promotion will be a ticketed event. Each family will receive four tickets to the event (8th grade students do not require a ticket to attend). Tickets will be available for pickup at the Trivium Prep Art Walk on Friday, April 28. More details to come.

If you would like to be placed on a waitlist for an additional ticket for immediate family only, please complete this form.

Here are some ways you can help us prepare for the event:

Student Photo Request for Slideshow:

Before the ceremony, families will enjoy a slideshow featuring our 8th grade class. Please submit 3 photos per 8th Grade scholar via this Dropbox link by Friday, April 28, in order to guarantee your scholar's photos in the slideshow. One photo must be an 8th Grade photo. The second photo should be a younger photo of the scholar (this could be from their first year at Archway or Trivium Prep). The third can be a group photo. Group photos should be Trivium related: field day, field trip, athletic events, school concerts, social life events, group photos, etc. but students do not need to be in school uniform.

Class of 2027 Gift:

Monies collected will be used to help cover costs of a gift for each scholar, and a class gift to present to Trivium Preparatory Academy. To contribute to the Class Gift, follow the link below: The deadline to contribute is: May 1, 2023. After this date, Headmaster Schutten will consult with representatives of the class to select a gift which will be presented at the Promotion Ceremony.
