The 2024 9% LIHTC Pre-Application materials are now available on the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) website under the Standard Applications & Forms Section.
The deadline to submit Pre-Applications for the 2024 9% LIHTC round is Thursday, January 18, 2024, by 5:00 p.m. EST.
An updated 2024-2025 9% LIHTC QAP Frequently Asked Questions document also has been posted to the website.
