The amended 2024-2025 9% LIHTC QAP is posted. The OHFA Board-approved amendment provides clarifying language on the Minimum Threshold and Underwriting Review Cure Period during the proposal application process outlined on Page 9.
An updated 2024 9% LIHTC Affordable Housing Funding Application has also posted at the time of this notice. All 2024 9% LIHTC applicants that received a pre-application approval must use the updated 2/22/24 AHFA when submitting your proposal application(s).
Ex Parte Discussion Policy submissions are also up-to-date on our website. Applicants will continue to be notified as new questions are received and responses are posted to the website.
