The draft 2024-2025 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) has been posted to the OHFA website for public comment. Both clean and redline versions of the document are available and will remain posted for 20 days. 

Comments on the draft will be accepted through 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2023. Feedback and comments may be sent to QAP@ohiohome.org.

A public hearing on the draft 2024-2025 9% LIHTC QAP will be held in early September. Information on this hearing will be sent in a separate notice.
