CAPPS

Father, help me support my child with words that build up rather than pressure. Watch over them, keep them safe, and let them find joy in using their gifts. Amen.

Angel Invitational – We Need Your Help!

The Angel Invitational is Holy Family’s opportunity to host our very own cross country meet, and this year’s meet is Saturday, September 19th.

Putting on a meet like this truly takes all of us as a community. We have a number of volunteer positions that need to be filled. Please take a look at the SignUp below and find a spot where you can help!

Thursday, September 17th 8:00am -- Mark the course. I will put out stakes marking the course. If anyone has time Thursday morning I could use some help.

Friday, September 18th 5:00pm -- Set up finish line chute, fencing at car line (keeps spectators from crossing the finish), set up starting line. Friday the 18th is Homecoming at Savio so we may have some traffic to contend with.

Saturday, September 19th 6:00am until about 12:00pm -- This is meet morning! We have a ton of volunteer positions we need filled. Set up, Registration, Lead/Trail bike, Course Monitor, Medical tent, Clean up. We also need to use some cars to block the entrances from St. Vincent de Paul to Holy Family. We don't want spectators driving on the course.

Important Reminders

SchoolPass

For 4:00pm practices, the students go to the gym for dismissal. They change then are released to their coaches for practice.

Please go to the activities section in SchoolPass and select the appropriate sport. We use this app to check in the students to their coaches.

SportsYou

Please download the SportsYou App. This is the primary communication between coaches and their teams. Volleyball and Flag Football will receive the code for their team in the email from Arbiter with their team assignment.
