Sea Pines CSA Community Update

North Sea Pines Drive Phase 2 Roadway Reconstruction Underway

Tree work continues along the project work zone.
Drainage work will begin this week within the utility easements across from Beachwalk 39, between Red Cardinal Road and Whistling Swan Road.
Work will be performed Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm. Flag persons will be present to control traffic, as needed.
Motorists should expect traffic delays. The project area is considered an active work zone. Please use caution while driving in this area. To avoid the project area, please use the main gate located on Greenwood Drive.
Signage will be placed throughout the work zones and at various locations within the community, to communicate project messages.
Please observe and obey all traffic management personnel, signage and devices.

Demolition Project of Gallery of Shoppes Building Located at 14 Greenwood Drive

The installation of the irrigation system was completed this week.
Sod installation will begin later today/ tomorrow and will continue through next week, weather permitting.

Tree Cleanup Around the Community Following Heavy Rainfall

Inclement weather brought heavy rainfall to Sea Pines earlier this week. Photos below depict just a few areas and trees that were affected by the heavy rainfall. A big thanks to our Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Team for their quick response.

Stormwater Ditch Cleaning

Ditch cleanout near the area of 50 Heritage Road will begin the week of September 27th, weather permitting.

Mosquito Treatment

Our next mosquito treatment will take place on Tuesday, September 28th during overnight hours, weather permitting.

Leisure Trail Tree Trimming

Leisure trail tree trimming began this week near Greenwood Drive and Old Military Road. Due to weather delays, crews will continue working through the area and then into the Heritage Woods area. Leisure trails will remain open and we ask that pedestrians and bikers proceed with caution. Flagmen will be present, as needed.

Digital Communications Sign Located at Ocean Gate Damaged on 9/20/21

On September 20^th, the digital communications sign located at the Ocean Gate entrance into Sea Pines was damaged in a vehicle collision. The damaged sign and brick surround, which are managed by Sea Pines CSA, have been removed and Sea Pines CSA staff are working to coordinate its replacement.

Sea Pines CSA Nominating Committee Seeks Community Feedback on Questions for Sea Pines CSA Board Candidates

In preparation for the upcoming Sea Pines CSA Board of Director elections, the Class "A" Nominating Committee is asking Sea Pines Property Owners for their recommendation on candidate questions. The Class "A" Nominating Committee will review the questions submitted by the community and select questions to ask of all candidates. Each candidate will receive the same list of questions and be able to provide their written answers.

Recommendations on candidate questions will be collected from September 16th through September 27th and should be submitted to Stephanie Fera, Sea Pines CSA Communications Coordinator by email at sfera@csaseapines.com

Land Use Rules and Regulations Property Appearance Reminders

HVAC units, propane tanks, pool pump equipment, and other similar storage receptacles must be screened from view with a small service yard.
Power washing is an effective way to refresh the look of your home, driveway, and/or fence and helps to remove any exterior mold or mildew.
Please remember to submit an ARB application to obtain the necessary approval for any/all exterior projects or repairs. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a project, please contact the Sea Pines ARB by phone at 843.671.5533 or email at kenr@csaseapines.com
