Fine Arts Gallery: Featuring the work of Ameena Khan, a mixed media artist living and working in the Tampa, FL area. Born in 1980 in Gainesville, FL, Ameena has been exhibiting her paintings in galleries and festivals since 2010. Using a combination of pop art, impressionism, and art deco styles, Ameena tells the stories of Muslim women living in America. Admission is free of charge. 
Exhibition continues through Sept. 27. Closing Reception: Sept. 25, 5-7 p.m.

MORE: Offering more than 100 certificate, associate and bachelor's degree programs, Daytona State College has responded to the education and workforce training needs of Volusia and Flagler counties and beyond for more than 60 years.
