Mindfulness Group is Always Welcoming New Members!
If you are interested, the group meets Thursdays, 10:30-12:30, in the Redwood Grove, near the Labyrinth, or in Abbot Courtyard. Meditation, conversation, and fellowship are facilitated by Joan Biersch, and coffee (natch!) and cookies are served.
Masks are required, and seating is socially distanced for safety. No commitment required, try it out! Call Joan Biersch, or contact the office (938-4846) for more information.
