Code of Ethics & The Fair Housing Act through MJAR

This 3-hour course fulfills the NAR Triennial requirement and NJREC Continuing Education requirements. Upon successful completion, students will gain an understanding of ethical real estate practices and the appropriate actions to take when ethical issues arise. The course also covers Federal and State Fair Housing guidelines.
