900 South Construction Update | December 5, 2019*:
UTA buses are now traveling along 900 South. We expect to have all signage at the appropriate bus stops locations by the end of next week, Friday, December 13. This activity is being performed by UTA staff members.
Crews will be finishing the construction of the concrete medians along 900 South by the end of this week.
Depending on weather and crews availability, the temporary striping of the road will occur over the next few weeks. Crews will come back next spring to apply durable thermoplastic markings once warmer temperatures come back.
Clean up activities and punch list items will continue through mid-December.
The project is 99% complete.
This will be our final construction update for the project. If you have any comments or questions, please contact us using the information below.
Next month, on Thursday night, January 23, members of our project team will attend the ELPCO community council meeting to gather feedback about the overall project and learn from attendees about what went well and what could've gone better during construction. We hope to hear more from you then also.
