Overnight parking is available at the convention rate of $26 per day.  The hotel will provide a discount code/link two weeks prior to Convention.

  • Period 2 is July 2nd - July 15th (rates increase)
  • After July 15th - you can only register in person during Convention.


NOLA Airport Shuttle


Airport Shuttle Service is available upon your arrival and for your departure in NOLA. See below the process to secure your shuttle ride from Louis Armstrong New Orleans Airport.


Roundtrip - $40 per person

One Way - $20 per person

Deadline to register for shuttle is July 15.


  1. Have ready your complete travel itinerary including the airline carrier, flight numbers and times.
  2. Email itinerary information to [email protected] OR call the Dispatcher at (504)208-5038. Indicate that you are with National Convention of Gospel Choirs & Choruses. The hours for the dispatcher is 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. until July 15 which is the deadline to make your shuttle reservation. The dispatcher will be on call 24 hours a day beginning the week of Convention for those who may encounter any problems and need to speak with someone.
  3. A confirmation will be sent to you with instructions on processing payment. Payment must be processed in advance of your arrival.
  4. It is customary and in order at the time of service to tip the drivers. Please be sure to do so.

Scooter Rental

Need a scooter?  Rent your scooter from Total Access Mobility Services.  The total cost is $150 for the week including tax.
