Excitement is truly in the air as Brothers from across the Southern Region prepare to converge on Raleigh, North Carolina—the City of Oaks—for the 95th Southern Regional Convention, taking place March 26–29, 2026. With registration already surpassing 1,300 Brothers, anticipation continues to build as regular registration closes on January 31st and late registration begins February 1st

According to Southern Regional Executive Director Brother Don R. Weston, months of diligent planning are coming to fruition, as the entire Convention Planning Team—alongside committed Brothers from the Raleigh area—have been working tirelessly to ensure that both the operational excellence and the business of the Convention are executed at the highest level. All signs point to Raleigh being the stage for an impactful, well-organized, and unforgettable Convention experience.

While the initial room block at the Marriott has now been fully booked, a very limited number of rooms remain available at the other two Convention hotels. The Director of Convention and his team are actively working with additional hotels in the downtown Raleigh area to secure more lodging options for attendees still in need of accommodations.

Updated information will be shared as soon as arrangements are finalized. Stay tunedmore to come!

Time is of the essence. The regular Convention Registration period is rapidly coming to a close. Effective February 1, 2026, all Convention registration fees will increase as follows:

  • Non-Delegate registration fees (Alumni and College), including Badge-Only, will increase by $100;
  • College Delegate registration fees will increase by $50;
  • Alumni Delegate registration fees will increase by $100.

The late registration period will remain open only through February 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM (EST). At that time, registration will close and will not reopen under any circumstances.

Brothers are strongly encouraged to complete their registration during the regular period to avoid increased fees and to ensure participation in the Convention.

Convention Schedule at a Glance

The Convention Planning Team is finalizing the detailed Convention agenda. In the meantime, the Convention at a Glance is intended to offer a high-level overview of the Convention, highlighting key components such as business sessions, workshops, and other major activities. While minor adjustments may occur before the final agenda is released, this overview should provide helpful insight into what attendees can expect.

As you prepare for your time in Raleigh, we want to make you aware of several Black-owned businesses in the area. We believe sharing this information will be beneficial, and our intent is to continue spotlighting these businesses in the lead-up to the Convention.
