B2B Meetings

The brand new B2B Matchmaking and Meeting Tool will easily manage your meetings. Meet buyers from Airbus, Boeing, Recaro Aircraft Seating, Bombardier, Thales, Rolls-Royce or GKN Aerospace to strengthen your business relationships. Appointments with all other participants and exhibitors are of course also possible- everything for the best possible networking experience on site!

Exhibitors benefit!
Exhibitors can arrange appointments with buyers, participants and other exhibitors before October 20, 2019. From October 21 onwards, all other participants can also actively request appointments.
We offer two participation options:
 
1.You can participate as an attendee for the price of 1,000 Euros or approximately ($1,150 USD). This option allows you entry to all of the programs and sessions at the Forum as well as the reception and Gala Dinner. There is an opportunity to request b2b meetings beginning October 21 st , after exhibitors and sponsors have requested meetings.
 
 
2.You can participate as an Exhibitor as part of the Ohio Aerospace Institute Exhibit. This options offers space in the exhibit, and placement of company marketing logo, one ticket to the event (additional tickets can be purchased for 1,000 euros) and all of the programs as well as entry to one of the tours, and assistance with the b2b meetings. The cost for this option would be based on participation by at least four companies. Price approximately $3,500 USD depending on the exchange rate.
 
 
If choosing option two you are qualified to apply for the State of Ohio IMAGE grant please click on the link here for rules and requirement for reimbursement. The grant can cover up to 50% of booth costs as well as partial reimbursement of travel and lodging costs. Participating in the b2b meetings and providing an agenda is a requirement for reimbursement.
 
 
If you simply wish to purchase a ticket to attend the event you can register directly with the show organizers. If you choose to be part of the exhibit; registration would be with Ohio Aerospace Institute, as we have to purchase the space from the organizers.
