I am very pleased and excited to announce that after 33 years in business, A-1 Face Inc., has been acquired by Real Wood Veneers LLC, of Venice, Florida.
Real Wood Veneers is a global manufacturer of wood veneer sheets with distribution centers in Florida, Arkansas, California and Toronto and manufacturing locations in North America, Asia and Europe.
This acquisition will enable A-1 Face to grow capacity and offer additional products and services to it’s existing clients. The new company will be named A1 Face Veneers LLC., and will continue manufacturing custom veneer faces from the same address at 480-C Dixon Street, Lexington, NC 27292.
