A BALLET GALA EVENT at the Legacy Multipurpose Center
in Alachua, Florida at 7 PM.
The amazing dancers of DANB will take you on a delightful journey
through the many styles of ballet.

The program opens with the ultimate of
classical ballet - the Grand Pas De Deux from "Nutcracker" danced by Gretel Batista and Sergii Sydorskyi along with the exquisite 'Flowers' danced by Julia Ponomareva and Alexsey Kuznetsov with Beatrix Povoas and Thais Rocha.

Carla Amancio and Andre Valladon will then perform 'Bailero', a
lyrical work by Brazilian choreographer Cristina Helena. Jessie Dominguez and Aaron Gomez then tackle a dramatic work,' Rinascero', by Artistic Director/Choreographer Kim Tuttle.

DANB's new resident choreographer, Brian Carey Chung, presents a
contemporary work - Touch Me Closer. This work was premiered in the February concert to loud acclaim. This work will be performed by Carla Amancio, Gretel Batista, Sergii Sydorskyi, Fhilipe Teixeira and Roberto Vega.

Closing the program, the popular ' L 'Amour' where you will meet a number of
characters! This work has become a favorite at home and on tour - inviting the audience to join in the fun!
Following the program - join the dancers for a champagne toast and hors d'oeuvres while celebrating DANB's
partnership with the wonderful City of Alachua and The Legacy Park Multipurpose Center.
