Summer Sized Life Groups

Life works differently in the summer. It's a good time to push some pause buttons, and to regroup for the next season. And as with life, so with Life Groups!
So we’re offering an array of 4 week, summer-sized, Life Groups. Whether you’re already in a group, or want to try one out, 4 weeks in the summer can be just the right fit! Through the end of May we are listing various Life Group Leaders and times for June to August. The goal is to offer an array of 4 week schedules, with the hope that one will fit with your summer comings and goings.  More here

A luncheon will be held Sunday, June 9 for anyone who would like to learn more about healing prayer. Whether you are well-practiced in such prayer, or new to it all, you are invited to join us in Common Grounds immediately following the late service. Please contact Patience Flynn at 804.282.9763 ex. 21 or email to by Thursday, 6/6, so we may have an accurate count for lunch.
Gordon Prior’s Words of Witness About Second Half
Gordon Prior, a long time Elder here at St. Giles, played a big role in launching Second Half, one of Richmond’s most successful inter-denominational ministries. Recently Needle’s Eye, which guides and supports Second Half, provided this video interview with Gordon about what God has done through Second Half. Check it out!

Heart Song Goes on Summer Schedule - 4th Fridays
Since January we’ve had weekly prayer and praise meetings on Friday nights, called Heart Song. We’ve been much blessed as we’ve followed the Spirit’s leading, rejoicing in his ever fresh ways of bringing the presence of Jesus close, speaking to us, and empowering our prayers. It is time for a shift to a summer pacing. So through the summer we will meet on 4 th Fridays, from 7-8:30, in Patterson. That’s June 28, July 26, and August 23.

Live-Streaming Bible Study and Worship

One of our newer ministries is live streaming our worship services and some of our classes. If you’d like to check it out, use this link to our YouTube channel. We’re doing it simply – no fancy sound or cameras. But works to bring you the basics. If you don’t click on during the actual live stream hours, Sundays at 9:30 or 11:00, know that the videos are saved on our YouTube channel page, along with Pastor Keith’s video blogs. Find us at:
