Outreach

We’re excited to share that, through a couple of generous donations, we were able to purchase a new grill that has already become a key part of our outreach efforts at The 303, our new CCF facilities. The grill has helped create a warm, welcoming atmosphere on the sidewalk in front of the building, allowing us to connect with neighbors, serve food, and begin building meaningful relationships with more students. This simple addition has opened the door to countless conversations and new opportunities to show the love of Jesus.

I am truly blessed to be here sharing the Gospel with students - having coffee with young men and women to build relationships, talking through life with them, and studying the Scriptures together each week. It is hard to believe that it's December already.

As we enter this season of gratitude and giving, I wanted to remind you that December 2nd is known as Giving Tuesday. This is a fantastic opportunity to use what God has entrusted to us to further the ministry of CCF and help us continue reaching students with the hope of Christ.

I spent some time reflecting on Scriptures about giving—Luke 6:38 and Acts 20:35 came to mind—but I ultimately felt those passages didn’t quite fit the context of asking for end-of-year support. Still, they reminded me of something important: generosity flows from grateful hearts, not obligation.

With that in mind, I simply want to say that CCF has so much to be thankful for this year. I am deeply grateful for the way you have prayed for and supported this ministry. Your partnership has made a real impact in the lives of students, and I’m excited to see what God will continue to do in 2026 through CCF at the University of Illinois.
