A Busy Spring for Agora!

We are deeply grateful to the Associated Gospel Churches (AGC) for inviting Agora Network Ministries to celebrate their remarkable 100th Anniversary this past May! It was an incredible experience for Allan and Bonnie, who had the joy of sharing our ministry's vision and mission with such a vibrant community. Allan also had the privilege of leading a workshop attended by over 60 passionate ministry leaders, where he inspired and empowered them to embrace their roles with renewed vigor and hope. This gathering not only highlighted our shared faith but also reinforced the importance of connection within our community. We are truly thankful for the opportunity to engage with such a larger network, as it aligns perfectly with our commitment to breaking the stigma around mental health and fostering resilience. Together, let us continue to collaborate and support one another on this journey of healing and spiritual growth, as we aim to uplift and inspire all those we serve!

On June 7th, Agora Network Ministries had the privilege of hosting a transformative seminar focused on the vital topic of mental health within families. Our esteemed speakers, Allan and Steven, brought their wealth of knowledge and personal experiences to the table, offering invaluable insights into the complexities of supporting family members who face mental health challenges. They illuminated the often-hidden impacts on family dynamics, encouraging attendees to foster understanding, empathy, and resilience. Their heartfelt stories resonated deeply with participants, reminding us all that we are not alone in our struggles and that together, we can create a nurturing environment for healing and growth. As you reflect on your own family dynamics, consider how you can implement these principles to build a stronger, more supportive network at home. We invite you to explore further resources and opportunities for personal and spiritual growth through Agora Network Ministries, as we continue to walk this journey together towards brighter tomorrows.

Bart Campbell, a dedicated member of the Agora Network Ministries support staff, plays an instrumental role in fostering vital community connections through his unwavering commitment to facilitating impactful seminars and workshops across various churches in Ontario. His recent privilege of leading The Unseen Mission Field seminar at Faith Bible Baptist Church in Mississauga this past May exemplifies his passion for mental health awareness and community engagement. By creating spaces for open dialogue and shared experiences, Bart not only strengthens the bonds within these communities but also champions the importance of mental health support, inspiring individuals to embark on their own journeys of healing and resilience.

Over the past three months, Allan embarked on an inspiring journey, reaching out to six local churches across Ontario to share vital mental health messages that resonate deeply with individuals and communities alike. A standout moment in this endeavor was his visit to West Highland Church in Hamilton on May 18th, where the warmth of the congregation and their eagerness to engage in discussions about mental health created an uplifting atmosphere. Through heartfelt conversations, Allan fostered a sense of compassion and understanding, reinforcing the mission of Agora Network Ministries to support mental health awareness and break the stigma surrounding these important issues.

The inaugural Women's Conference, Cultivate, was a resounding success, bringing together nearly 200 incredible women who united in worship, learning, and healing from their emotional and spiritual journeys. The energy was palpable, and the connections made were truly inspiring, leaving participants with uplifting experiences that will resonate for years to come. We are thrilled to announce that Cultivate 2026 is already in the works, promising yet another fantastic opportunity for women to gather in support and empowerment. Imagine the deeper connections and transformative moments that await us! Join us as we continue this beautiful journey of growth and healing within our community—your presence is not just welcomed; it’s essential! Together, let’s cultivate a brighter future filled with faith and connection.

A Message to Ministry Leaders

Agoras Golf Tournament Fundraiser

On June 21st, an incredible turnout of 68 golfers came together to support the vital mission of Agora Network Ministries, transforming a day on the greens into a celebration of camaraderie, joy, and purpose. This remarkable event was not just about the game; it was an opportunity to forge new friendships and deepen connections within our community, all while raising essential funds to further our work in breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to First Ontario Credit Union for their generous sponsorship, which made this unforgettable day possible. Together, we are cultivating a more compassionate and supportive environment, and we look forward to continuing this journey with all of you.

Summer Support

At Agora Network Ministries, our hearts overflow with gratitude for each and every one of you who generously support our mission! Your partnership is the lifeblood of our ministry, enabling us to provide critical resources to those reaching out for help with their mental health struggles. Just recently, we received a heartfelt message from a young lady who shared that she wouldn’t be here today without Agora’s support. Her story is a testament to the incredible work God is doing in her life, and we are truly honored to be part of her journey. As we navigate the seasonal ebb and flow of fundraising, particularly during the summer months when contributions often dip, we remain optimistic about our community's strength and resilience. We invite you to consider making a one-time donation to help us continue our vital work during these leaner times. It’s simple to make a contribution, and every bit helps us make a profound difference! Thank you for your unwavering support, and here’s a link to donate over the coming months. May you be blessed abundantly! With warm regards,

Allan Gallant, On Behalf of the Board.
