A Non-Profit Community Impact Program

Success Story

Beyond Expectations: A Child's Remarkable Progress

A family, initially hesitant due to past experiences with behavior modification (ABA), entrusted their newly diagnosed autistic daughter to Partners in Learning. Despite initial concerns, our assent-based, trauma-informed approach yielded remarkable results. Two years later, the girl has transitioned from limited verbal skills and food selectivity to thriving in a fully integrated classroom. She now speaks in full sentences, interacts with peers, eats solid foods, and is potty training. While data shows significant progress, the true success lies in her joy, social engagement, and newfound independence.
