Cooling Rack

Have you ever put vegetables on a sheet pan and
placed a cooling rack over them and then cooked
chicken thighs or steak on the rack?

The juices of the meat baste the vegetables!

Try this with beans, sliced zucchini, eggplant and carrots.

We've mentioned this before, but think it's a good time for
a reminder - not all cooling racks are oven safe.
