A Commitment to Communication and Customer Service
According to scientists summer doesn’t officially start until June 21 st , but for those in the HVAC industry I think it’s safe to say that the summer season is officially underway!      And while we all spend winter and spring impatiently waiting for the summer season to begin, it’s not long afterwards that the frustrations and stresses of being incredibly busy start to surface, especially with the struggles our industry faces finding good employees.    Many sincere thanks to all our customers for all the hard work you do during the summer season, we truly appreciate your business!     I also want to extend a hearty thank you to all our excellent employees for their hard work and dedication to keeping you, our customers happy!  
 
As you know, Value Added Distributors, and all our subsidiaries including Virginia Air Distributors, Allied HVAC Distributors, and South Carolina Air Distributors are committed to outstanding customer service and support, it’s what we do!      In that pursuit we recognize that communicating with customers is absolutely essential.     In order to do better we are committing to communicating relevant and valuable information more actively and consistently directly to you and your employees.    Most of this will be done digitally via email based on your feedback and for your convenience.   Our goal is to have monthly updates from myself, technical service & training, customer service & employee development, contracting business practices, and MORE!   We also pledge to do our best not to abuse this form of communication and will do everything possible to make sure it’s informative, engaging, and helpful.
