A unique part of my practice has always been helping people connect with a sense of spirituality or something larger than themselves—whether that’s through their own faith, nature, science, or simply a deeper sense of meaning and connection. Over the years, I have found that those who feel connected “spiritually” feel more tethered despite all the tools I teach them.
There is a part of my work that I have shared more quietly over the years, and I feel ready to bring it more fully into the light.
Alongside my work as a psychotherapist and life coach, I am also a spiritual practitioner. Spirituality, intuition, energy work, and spiritual development have been important parts of my own path for many years. I have worked privately with people in these areas for quite some time, but it hasn’t been the part of my practice I’ve talked about the most.
I’ve realized that I want that to change.
As my own life and healing have continued to unfold, I’ve found myself increasingly drawn toward work that is less about fixing what’s wrong and more about helping people connect with what is already within them—their intuition, their inner knowing, their spiritual path, and the deeper wisdom that can sometimes get quiet beneath everything life asks of us.
So, I’m making more room for this part of my work alongside the counseling and coaching work I continue to offer.
I’m now offering Intuitive Coaching, Intuitive Reading & Guidance, Spiritual Mentoring & Guidance, and a Signature Reading + Remote Energy Healing experience.
Intuitive Coaching
$225 | 60 minutes
These are intimate, personal sessions for those who feel called to explore this dimension of their own lives.
Sometimes you can think through every option and still feel uncertain about what comes next.
Intuitive Coaching offers a grounded, intuitive approach to navigating life transitions, difficult decisions, relationship crossroads, and those times when you simply sense that something needs to change.
Drawing on my background in psychology, coaching, and spiritual practice, I combine intuitive insight with thoughtful questions and grounded conversation. Together, we’ll explore what may be underneath the surface, clarify what matters, and identify practical, actionable steps for moving forward.
This can be a single session or an ongoing coaching relationship, depending on what you need.
Intuitive Reading & Guidance

A space to explore questions, transitions, relationships, or circumstances where you’re seeking greater clarity, perspective, or insight.
Spiritual Mentoring & Guidance
$225 | 60 minutes
For those who want to deepen their intuition, explore their spiritual path, and develop a stronger relationship with their own inner knowing.
Signature Reading + Remote Energy Healing
$350 | 90 minutes
A deeper experience that combines intuitive guidance with remote energy healing and time for quiet reflection and integration.
I’ve always believed that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Sometimes the work we need is psychological. Sometimes it’s spiritual. Sometimes it’s both.
I’m grateful to finally make more space for this part of the work I’ve been carrying for a long time.
