Volume 7.25.3 :: The Week of February 8, 2021
Another Successful Week!

We were so excited to see all of our 2nd and 3rd Grade In Person students back in the building on Tuesday and we know that the Remote Students, whether they have the same teacher or a different one, will be welcomed with virtual open arms!

A couple of reminders:

4th & 5th GRADE FAMILIES:
  • You should have received an email Wednesday afternoon with information about what class looks like for you starting on Monday, March 1st.
  • If you have questions, concerns, or did not receive the email, please call the front office at 425-844-4680.
  • Before the 1st, we are STRONGLY encouraging our in person families to get your wellness screening going NOW in the Skyward App so if there are any issues with log in's, passwords, etc., we can help get those resolved before the 1st.

2nd & 3rd GRADE FAMILIES:
  • Before Tuesday, we are STRONGLY encouraging our in person families to get your wellness screening going NOW in the Skyward App so if there are any issues with log in's, passwords, etc., we can help get those resolved before the 16th.
  • For families that pick up their student at dismissal, please make sure the name placard we provided to you in this week's supply bag, is visible on the passenger side dashboard of your car.

REMOTE STUDENTS:
  • We will be doing a bag supply drop next Wednesday, February 17th - Curbside only.
  • We hopefully will resume bus drop off & pick up - both curbside and bus - the week of February 22 - stay tuned for what day of the week it will be.

It is very important that you complete the Wellness Screening in Skyward for your child each day BEFORE 8:30 (if your child attends in the AM) or BEFORE 12:30 (if your child attends in the PM).

When your student arrives at school and their Wellness Screening has not been done in Skyward before this time, they must go to the gym to be individually screened and have their temperature taken instead of going directly to their classroom.

Here are some ideas that have worked for other families and staff!

  • If your child has a school iPad at home, a link to Skyward should be readily available. You could set an alarm on the iPad for 5 minutes before this time to get the Wellness Screening done before we run our reports!
  • You could set an alarm in your phone to repeat each day as a reminder to complete the Wellness Screening.
  • Add the Skyward App to your phone to make it easy to access the Wellness Screening.
  • Add a link to Skyward to the home screen of your smart phone to make it easy to access the Wellness Screening
  • Go to http://www.rsd407.org/ → ”Parents & Community” tab → ”Family Access” to find the website you should link to
  • Here is a link to how to do this on an Android device
  • Here is a link to how to do this on an Apple device

If you cannot complete the Wellness Screening in Skyward because you do not have internet access at home, you can send a paper COVID-19 DAILY HEALTH SCREENING ATTESTATION form for each child each day.
REMINDER!!!

Supply Bag Pick Up is this Wednesday, February 17th from 8-9 am here at Stillwater - CURBSIDE ONLY.
There will be no bus
supply bag drop off this week!
