Nora Henson

We are sad to share the news that Nora Henson died this morning. Nora was a member of the Transfiguration Choir and the Flower Guild and was beloved by all who knew her. Please keep Nora in your prayers and extend your condolences to her family and friends. Funeral arrangements have yet to be determined.

Rest eternal grant to them, O Lord, and let light perpetual shine upon them. May their souls, and the souls of all the departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace and rise in glory.

Throw In

A Towel

As we move back into our nave, let’s help the folks who are moving into St. Jude, Austin Street, Genesis Women’s Shelter and other partner agencies. Each of these agencies has requested new bath towels for incoming clients to help ease the transition to a new place.

Please bring new full-sized bath towels and bath sheets (no washcloths or hand towels) to church for us to collect on February 22-23 and March 1-2.

Insight to a Ministry

Eucharistic Visitor: Is It For Me?

You are invited to ride-along with a Eucharistic Visitor on a Sunday. This is your chance to experience how "we who are many are one body" by carrying the Eucharist to parishioners who are unable to attend the service. This is a great way to discern if this is a ministry that would be a good fit for you.
