A Fun Kick Start to Your New Year at Work
Greetings!

With the new year approaching (gasp!), and everyone at work in the holiday state of mind, it's the perfect time to think about how to bring some of that cheer into the 2019 post-holiday bubble. Kick start the 2019 office ho-hum with my Random Acts of Kindness ideas for the office.

My team and I love doing random acts of kindness in the office to surprise each other and make work something to look forward to. That’s why, in my new video, I’m offering you some of the ideas that work so well for us!

We’ll highlight:
  • Acts of kindness that take next to NO time out of your work day
  • How to get EVERYONE on board the kindness train!
  • A couple EASY ways you can surprise your colleagues
  • Some kindness ideas that are also tasty!
  • A BONUS freebie to you turn your workplace into encouragement central

And since we spend more waking hours at work than anywhere else, wouldn’t it be nice to have a work culture beaming with joy, not misery.

See you in the video. Video link> https://youtu.be/ahBu3RYX0E0

From all of us at CSD, we wish you happy holidays and a season filled with cheers and joy.

We will always come across negativity in one way or another, but this new year, I challenge you to eliminate negativity from your life.

What we need to do is recognize where it lies. Maybe you're receiving negativity from a particular account on social media that you can unfollow. Maybe you have a negative friend, and you need to monitor how much time you spend with them so that their negativity doesn't hurt you! Figure out what you can control, and act on it.
#ShowGratitudeAtWork

Looking for a quick way to show appreciation and gratitude at work? Head to my website , for this FREE printable PDF. It's a quick, meaningful way to show appreciation for a fellow employee, co-worker, or anyone you'd like! We like to use them at the end of each meeting (e.g., each person does a gratitude for the person to their left).
