Cape Coral Community Foundation, Global Center for Generosity, Celebrates 45 years of Southwest Florida Generosity
An opportunity to participate in one of the most important events offered exclusively for philanthropists and humanitarians...
Dear Friends of Cape Coral Community Foundation:
If you have never attended a reception for generous givers, an annual gathering of philanthropists and humanitarians, you need to attend the one hosted by the New Cape Coral Community Foundation! It's called the
Generous Cape Reception.
Be prepared to be amazed by Cape Coral’s hometown pride and community generosity.
We are now accepting reservations for this year’s
Generous Cape Reception, a celebration of generosity
.
Our most prominent philanthropists and humanitarians will share heart-warming stories of generosity, and you will also enjoy entertainment and a guest speaker. We are all about neighbors caring for other neighbors.
Connect with both early residents and new residents who recently relocated to Southwest Florida who know what it means to be entrusted with wealth – and want to give back to the community known as the “City of Generosity.”
We have some incredibly generous givers who will share testimonies of why they give to support seniors, youth, arts, animals, veterans, education, health and social services.
Some give cash, others give non-cash gifts such as real estate, stocks, art collections and other valuable personal property – and some give their time, hugs, and smiles.
We will also honor the recipient of the 2018 Elmer Tabor Generosity Award, an individual who has the courage to take decisive actions needed to have long-term impact on the betterment of the community.
You will have an opportunity to exchange ideas, mingle, enjoy fun, food and fellowship with people who give more than money … they care about people.
We’re committed to an annual Generous Cape Reception that will help you build greater awareness of generosity in Cape Coral, Lee County and the Southwest Florida region – and get connected to residents making the greatest difference to make our community a better place to live and work.
When: March 22, 2018
Time: 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Where: Cape Coral Yacht Club, 5819 Driftwood Pkwy, Cape Coral, Florida
