Animal Shelter Donations

Don't forget our furry friends during this month of Thanksgiving! The library is still collecting items for the Marion County Animal Shelter and will continue to do so until the end of the month. You may bring your items to our collection area near the circulation desk.

United Concerned Citizens Continue a Local Tradition

From United Concerned Citizens: It's time for the 19th Annual Thanksgiving Outreach! United Concerned Citizens is inviting Lebanon, KY, Marion County, and surrounding counties, to please join us this Thanksgiving with a meal that's on us! We want to bring the community together in friendship and fellowship. Let's be thankful together. UCCO created the Henry Lee Bell Sr. Thanksgiving Outreach to connect communities and people through food and good conversation. This event has fed thousands of people in its nineteen years and will continue to feed thousands more. Bring your family and celebrate Thanksgiving with a community full of love, free of charge.

Do You Like Music and Coffee?

Angelic Hall at Centre Square is the place to be!

Eddie Miles returns to his hometown county for another set of performances in November and December. Don’t miss these intimate shows in which Eddie sings the best of the Classic Artists from George Jones to Elvis. Shows will be held in the newly redecorated, comfortable Angelic Hall with its attached coffee shop concession area, School Grounds Coffee. Each show will feature a different selection of songs and stories from Eddie’s extensive career as an Elvis Tribute artist.

And just in case you don't know about School Grounds Coffee... Kentucky Classic Arts at Centre Square renovated two former classrooms into a coffee cafe and art space open to the public for hanging out and connecting with friends. All proceeds from the cafe benefit Kentucky Classic Arts.
