As requests for amenity rentals increase, I want to ensure a seamless process for everyone. When requesting a rental, please keep the following policies in mind so that your date is booked without issue.
Reservations are NOT CONFIRMED and on the calendar until the following have been completed:
Approval received from management.
ALL fees have been paid.
Agreement has been signed.
Until your reservation is CONFIRMED, or arrangements have been made, your date can be bumped by another resident.
The damage deposit does NOT hold or confirm your rental.
