With twelve days until December 25, we are in the midst of this beautiful season of hope, faith, and love. Like children throughout the world, our students are getting fidgety with excitement and anticipation. It is a joy and privilege to see the season through their eyes!

Thanks to the generosity of so many in our community, our school has much to be grateful for, not the least of which is you.

As you consider your end-of-year charitable giving, we hope that you will consider Durham Nativity School and our students. Your gift is particularly important this year. Earlier this week, our building sustained significant water damage caused by the recent winter storm. Many of the classrooms and our library experienced damage, and we are in the process of determining the extent of the damage and our costs.

Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to Durham Nativity School this holiday season. If you make your gift before 11:59 p.m. on December 31, your gift will count toward the 2018 tax year. There may also be additional tax benefits in giving this year prior to changes in the tax code in 2019. We wish you all of the best this season can offer you and your family!
