A Home for Harlem Dowling

So what was the big announcement at last night's Annual Board
Meeting?
Harlem Dowling kicked off its campaign to build a new home at 2135
Adam Clayton Powell Jr., Blvd.
Board Member, Jerry Migdol and 2010 Honoree, Benjamin Warnke, gave
an overview of the process to break ground on a 8-9 story building
at 127th St. and Adam Clayton Powell Jr., Blvd in 2012, and to move
to the new address in 2013.
The building will be approximately 15,000 sq ft of space dedicated
to the agency. Plus 45,000 sq ft of low-income and subsidized
