The Educator Lending Library is Back!

If you haven't heard, our flagship classroom resource, the Educator Lending Library, is celebrating its grand re-opening.

The MVSCH team created an easy-to-use system with a larger and more diverse collection of more than 70 kits and counting. The Educator Lending Library is continuing to expand and has many engaging options your students will undoubtedly enjoy. The kits come with a quick-start resource guides that offer activity ideas for all skill levels, learning and career connections, and tips on how to get started with set-up and classroom introduction to the kits.

The Educator Lending Library is a free resource for public school educators in Linn and Benton counties. Once an educator signs up to become a Lending Library patron, they will receive access to our online catalog of STEAM kits and be able to reserve up to two kits at a time. STEAM kits are distributed weekly to district offices for pickup. Returns are as easy as notifying the MVSCH team and dropping the kit back off at the district office where it was picked up.

This is a relaxed, low-key event that is participant-led. STEM education support experts will be on-site to answer questions.

Participants will receive a certificate of participation, a $50 VISA gift card, and a wealth of snacks to enjoy while learning in community.
