Dear Riverview Community,
I wanted to take a moment to share with you my decision to resign as the School’s Director effective November 1, 2020.
Serving the Riverview community - first as the Chair of the founding Charter Committee, then as the Chair of the Board of Directors and finally as the School’s Director - has been a joy and a privilege. I have had the unique opportunity of nurturing an idea into a reality, and of leading an organization that represents so much to so many.
I cannot begin to express how much I have enjoyed being a part of your family’s lives. I have loved watching your children grow, while quietly recognizing that I learn more from them than they will ever learn from me!
I am incredibly proud of the School I helped build, and the role Riverview continues to play in elevating K-12 education throughout our community. I genuinely hope that those who follow behind me will continue to recognize its promise and lead it with great care.
