Greetings friends!
Spring is a powerful season with its own special magic. There’s a quiet invitation in the air to begin again. To stretch. To grow. This season reminds us that renewal isn’t forced—it’s natural. And just like the earth, we don’t have to rush the process. We simply have to be willing to plant.
I’ve been leaning into that invitation myself. This season, as I've shared before, I’m reclaiming my health and wellness—not from a place of pressure, but from a place of truth. I started with a body scan at Drip't Studios in DC, which gave me an honest assessment of where I am physically and a plan to optimize my health by getting outside more, moving my body with purpose, and reconnecting with routines that support me.
Making these changes in spring feels easier. The days are longer and the air is warmer. The shift in season creates a natural momentum. But the real shift is internal. I made the decision to recommit to showing up for myself—consistently. Putting my health and wellness first because I deserve to feel and look as good as I can. Of course, friends and family benefit from me being the “best I can be.” But honestly, this shift is about ME.
What about YOU?
Is there an area that could use a little more care, attention, and intention? If so, I invite you to leverage this season as a catalyst for change. You don’t need big gestures or grand proclamations. Small, consistent, intentional actions can transform your life over time.
Not sure where to start? Here are a few seeds you can begin planting now:
-
Get clear on your vision—what do you truly want by the end of the year? (Write down 3 specific goals you want to accomplish by December—and why they matter to you.)
-
Commit to one non-negotiable habit that supports your growth (20 minutes of daily movement, journaling each morning, or a weekly reset on Sundays.)
-
Strengthen your support system—who’s in your corner? (Schedule a monthly check-in with a friend, coach, or accountability partner.)
-
Prioritize your health and wellness—mind, body, and spirit (Join a yoga class, start therapy, or create a consistent meditation or prayer practice.)
-
Take one bold action you’ve been putting off (Make the call, create the dating profile, clean out your closet, apply for the new job, or say yes to something that stretches you.)
We don’t have to wait until January to reset our lives. In fact, every morning gives us a fresh opportunity to begin again. But there is no denying that there is something special about spring. When everything in nature comes alive, it reminds us that growth and change are possible for us too.
We don’t know how many springs we get. But we are here now—so let’s make the most of it!
Wishing you all the love you can stand,
