Please join us on Friday November 13th for a lively educational panel on ageism to learn:
- How, even with the best intentions, many of us may be furthering ageism and the concept of old people as irrelevant. Then we can give our future selves a gift and learn how to change that around
- About Aging while Black and dealing with double ‘isms'
- An evidence-based way to add 7 years to your life & much more!
Event will be hosted by LIFE Executive Director Patricia Osage and moderated by Alameda County Older Adults Commissioner Donna Griggs-Murphy - who will facilitate the discussion amongst our distinguished panel of guests: Ashton Applewhite, Evelyn Reynolds, Josh Kornbluth, and Tony Lewis.
Suggested donation is $50/ticket. 100% of the proceeds will be used to provide food, connection, and essential support for vulnerable homebound elders.
Thank you for supporting this important event!
