A Love Letter of Sorts...
Greetings!

These last three months, like they have for everyone, have been particularly challenging. I have to say a special thank you to Robin for all her good care during the last several months.

She has been my right hand person for nearly seven years and I do not know what we would do without her. Clients love her, I love her, and mostly, vendors love her!

One of our employees, Brittany, has been off on Maternity leave for the last three months so Robin and Jennifer have been covering her client list. (PS, Brittany came back yesterday! YAY! And Thank goodness!)

For those of you who don’t know, Robin was an administrative assistant in OK before she moved here to take care of her elderly mom. And way before that she lived in Moorpark when I lived in Simi Valley back in 90’s. We were so close to each other then and had no idea! Apparently we are meant to be working together!

Robin has amazing organizational skills and we can always depend on her – if you ask her to do a task, it is almost done before you get the whole request out of your mouth.
She is a rules-based person so Robin adheres to policies and procedures like they are engraved on stone tablets! She is our senior concierge and does all our training for new hires, helps answer questions from other employees and acts as my own personal assistant in addition to making every client assigned to her feel like they are the only client assigned to her.
She is even the ‘star’ of our training video, Follow the Wall , where she shows potential new clients and/or employees an overview of how we do our absentee home checks.  Check out her star power here .

Jennifer too has been a great help, picking up extra projects we needed done but couldn’t get to until recently (updating our vendor information and modifying rental home manuals to mention two) and helping to cover Brittany’s work in addition to her own.

Lynda, our bookkeeper who has been working with us for almost 10 years now, is a godsend too. She ‘gets’ me and makes sure everything is tracked exactly right. That’s true whether it is invoices or vendor bills, filing, our calendar, post office runs and even an occasional errand.
Even though everything slowed way down during the COVID-19 shutdown, we were still able to run errands, make food deliveries. go shopping and continue home checks. We were also able to assist clients stranded in other locations (particularly our Canadian clients) and those who decided to move completely out of California but needed help with moving, packing and discarding of no longer needed items.

It’s been an amazing and challenging three months, like it has for everyone, and I just want to share with you how incredibly proud I am of our staff and their dedication to helping make our clients’ lives easier.
With one simple call, we can do or facilitate anything you need. Please review our electronic brochure to see the wide variety of services we offer.

Don’t forget we do rental support services too, which is now required in nearly every City here in the desert.

Thank you again to everyone -- clients, vendors, and most of all Robin, Jennifer and Lynda who helped carry us through one of the most challenging periods any business can endure. You are much appreciated.

After traveling to Cuba (a beautiful country!), I wrote a travel guide! To download my American in Cuba e-book travel guide, please  click here .
Your copy should address 3 key questions: Who am I writing for? (Audience) Why should they care? (Benefit) What do I want them to do here? (Call-to-Action)

Create a great offer by adding words like "free" "personalized" "complimentary" or "customized." A sense of urgency often helps readers take an action, so think about inserting phrases like "for a limited time only" or "only 7 remaining!"
