One of my friends and mentors, Paulus Berensohn, re-named Valentines day as National Heartist day. He tasked us and himself with making handmade valentines to share widely with loved ones.
What if we were to make a Valentines yoga class for the body - sending love to each and every cell.
The region of the heart is referred to as the seat of the soul. I'd like to unpack the soul and investigate what’s inside. I think we would find curiosity and wonder…and the means to become ever more radiant like the sun.
