Give

Hi Friends,

We just returned from a week and a half of travel for fundraising and for Tim to train staff at ministry headquarters on new software.

POTTY TRAINING!

When Joy turned 18 months she started potty training! She begged to sit on the toilet to pee! Sara has spent the last two months helping Joy potty train, and we were astonished that Joy never wet her pants on our 7 hour car ride to the ministry headquarters!

GRADUATE SPOTLIGHT, DONUT

We started one of our Asia ministry training schools in a beautiful, isolated village that is hidden way up in the mountains. Since they are so isolated up in the mountains it meant the world to our students to be trained by Christian leaders from all around the world through our digital training curriculum. It was so encouraging to them to hear what the Lord was doing in other countries! After completing our school, one of our graduates (his English name is, Donut) started working with a western mission organization that translates Christian resources into their native language!  Donut knows that if the local government ever finds out about the missions work he’s doing, he will be immediately sent to prison. We are so proud of his bravery and zealousness to serve the Lord!

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

As support raised missionaries the only money we have to live off is the money we fundraise. This means a lot of travel and fundraising in churches, and a lot of letters asking people to consider donating. It also means that anytime there is a new monthly expense we have to ask for more money. Due to the economy and numerous other reasons we have had donors drop off and as we have a growing family, expenses continue to increase.

Our current average monthly income is $3,910. I’m not Dave Ramsey, but I think we need more for a family of four, median income for a family of 4 in TX is $6,990 a month (JUSTICE.GOV 2019). When we stepped into this calling more than a decade ago, we both knew living by faith month-to-month would be difficult, because of not knowing when or where money will come from. However, God has been faithful! Currently, the bottom line is we don’t have the money we need right now and are asking for your prayers and financial support.

We hope to raise an additional $1,000 a month by August.

Would you prayerfully consider partnering with us or increasing your support?
