Our rapid growth in new practice partnerships and the solid, continuous growth of our current practice partnerships, puts us on a path of unprecedented acceleration in the oral surgery industry. With the type of speed and agility needed to remain the top oral surgery platform, we are excited to announce some organizational structure changes with our Field Operations Team.
I am pleased to announce that Melissa Winfield has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations and will have responsibility for the Western half of the United States. Melissa has done an outstanding job implementing successful initiatives that have assisted in our growth including such areas as Strategic Scheduling, Leading Reach, and Practice Optimization. Reporting to Melissa will be Regional Operations Directors Michelle Hartmann, Juanita Castro, Naomi Marquez and Joel Lane. Zack McNeil, Director of Procurement, Gaye Cain and Brittany Miller, Strategic Scheduling Management will continue to report to Melissa. Congratulations, Melissa!
I am also pleased to announce that David Livesay will be joining us in November as a Senior Vice President of Operations and will have responsibility for the Eastern half of the United States. David has a proven track record of success and has held multiple operations and finance positions with DaVita and most recently served as a Senior Vice President with US Anesthesia Partners. His prior experience in Finance and Strategic Operations will be a welcomed addition to continue our expansion and growth. David has a B.S. from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Houston. Reporting into David will be Regional Operation Directors Rick Berryhill and Hermina Yarde.
