A Menorah Park Minute

“Freedom is within our grasp, and Pesach reminds us that we need to reach .” -- Rabbi Bradley Shavit Artson

This update is designed to offer you timely information regarding our campus, our policies, and our dedication to keeping our residents and staff healthy. We hope we can alleviate some of the stress and anxiety you may be feeling by assuring you that, despite this “new” normal, your loved ones continue to receive comprehensive, holistic care.
COVID-19 Can't Cancel Passover

Passover this year falls during a very challenging time for all of us but that won’t diminish the spirit of the Festival of Freedom and the coming of springtime.    With safety in mind, our staff is pulling out all of the proverbial stops to make every effort to navigate the challenges and provide our residents with as warm and meaningful a celebration as we can muster. We’ll be hosting delicious, small group seder meals. Rabbi Shore was kind enough to pre-record a special Seder for our residents which will be broadcast every hour on our Connected Living channels. Please take comfort that your loved ones are very dear to us, and all of us at Menorah Park are determined to provide them with a good and sweet Passover.

SJFS Third Seder
Give the Gift of Lovingkindness

In this time of COVID-19 crisis, there has been an overwhelming need for the delivery of in-home meals and human service. The increasing numbers of hungry, home-bound and socially- distanced elders can’t come to us: won’t you help us go to them with food and a friendly check-in from the community that nurtures their well-being?
