Dear Prevention,

The holiday season is here, and it’s amazing to see how our community has come together to spread joy and care as we lead up to the close of 2024.

Here is what your kindness made happen over the last two weeks at Prevention Links:

  • The annual Toy Drives were a wonderful success, bringing holiday cheer to over 800 children across our five family success centers;
  • The Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) case management team distributed dozens of hot meals to our participants, many of whom are unhoused and lack a place to call home for the holidays;
  • Prevention Links Recovery Support Division came together to assemble 160 Hope Kits full of hygiene products, hats, socks, gloves, and more that are being distributed across Hudson, Union, and Middlesex counties.

Because of the generosity of our partners and supporters like you, hundreds of families felt the joy of the holidays during a tough year.

It’s been inspiring to see the impact we can have when we all pull together. As we wrap up the year, I want to take a moment to say thank you.

You’ve shown what a special community we are part of, and I’m grateful for each and every one of you.

May the kindness you've shown us find you this season.

On behalf of all of us at Prevention Links, I wish you a happy, healthy holiday and a fantastic New Year. I look forward to continuing our lifesaving work together in 2025.
