WF's Four Pillars of Wellness:
Whole foods:
Cooking healthy recipes with the fruits, veggies, beans, rice, nuts, seeds and whole grains, that you have at home, will go a long way to keeping you and your loved ones well. Go here for some great recipes that you can access on our website.

If you're not up to cooking, our W Restaurant partners are offering take-away orders: Golden Pear is open and has walk-in take-out. Fresno is offering take-away orders from Thursday-Monday and the Bell & Anchor from Tuesday-Sunday. Sen has takeout every day from 4-8pm; call to place your pick up order. You can also pick up at Jimmy Jim's in Sag Harbor. Four Oaks Juice Bar in Southampton is open for pick from 11-4pm, daily.

 Saaz is open for pick up daily from 11:30-10pm and is also offering FREE DELIVERY! You can place online or phone orders with Sabrosa and pick up in their parking lot. They also offer FREE DELIVERY for orders over $30! Check out Honest Plate for home healthy, home delivered meals.

Physical exercise:
Here are some exercise websites and apps to try at home, that are offering free or low-cost online instruction, trials and more:

Support our local Wellness Foundation W Partners and join yoga instructor Mary Sabo online, do Facebook live classes with Silich Core + Strength , virtual yoga at Mandala Yoga, and live streaming from Element Fitness ’s studio in East Hampton.

Daily Burn has a 60 day free trial for classes such as pilates, HIT and barre or take dance classes with STEEZY. Also, go for a walk, and get some vitamin D and fresh air!

Stress management:

Headspace is offering two weeks of free mindfulness tools in a new program called " Weathering the Storm ." G o to the Ten Percent Happier website and check out their free Coronavirus Sanity Guide for lots of helpful resources.

Social connection:
In this time of social distancing, connecting with others can be a challenge. Join online groups, FaceTime friends, join a Zoom art class , start a Skype book club, play games online with friends or just make an old fashioned phone call.
