Thank you for Attending HRC Patients Day:

A message from Trudie Lobban MBE:

Patients Day at HRC2023 provided the opportunity to hear the latest developments in arrhythmias including AF, Syncope, SVT and so much more from care to new treatment options, delivered by international leading medical experts. Attendees were able to meet and interact with others living with and impacted by all heart rhythm disorders.

If you attended the day, I really hope you found it useful, and you were able to ascertain the answers to any questions you may have had. Patients Day aims to deliver latest education and information, support and awareness so that those living with these conditions can better manage them and ensure they are receiving optimum treatment to best suit them.

Resource Highlight of the Month: Understanding Your BP

Blood pressure is a measure of the force that your heart uses to pump blood around your body. Changes in blood pressure can be a contributing factor to arrhythmias and with an increase in the use of home blood pressure monitors, patients frequently ask if their blood pressure results are "normal", or, if they should contact their doctor for a follow up.

This easy-to-follow guide is designed to give an indication on whether you should seek further medical advice.
