I am excited to serve as the new CEO of MetroList, the largest Multiple Listing Service in the 13-county Northern California region, with more than 22,500 real estate brokers, agents, and appraisers. 


With more than 31 years in the industry, I have seen first-hand how our industry and the real estate profession have evolved. Every day, we see technological advancements that allow us to improve system performance, add new real estate products that deliver powerful marketing tools, and make continuous enhancements to the Prospector+ MLS system that you rely upon to conduct your real estate business.


Working together with our Board of Directors, MLS Committee, and the thoughtful feedback we receive from subscribers, MetroList stays focused on the needs of our local MLS community with the issues that matter most to you. Our goal is to deliver unparalleled value and exceptional service to our subscribers. 


My team and I will continue to deliver upon our commitment to provide the very best products, tools, system reliability, and customer service that you have come to expect.

Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

In July, MetroList received the results from the Customer Satisfaction Survey administered by the WAV Group. The survey tool helped us measure our performance and see how our service delivery meets your business needs. We are pleased to tell you that MetroList received an overall rating of excellent, especially in the areas of customer service, training, and data quality. We also learned that many of our subscribers are unaware of some of the services and tools we offer such as CloudCMA, TrendVision, Homespotter and a few others that would be helpful in their real estate business.  


We are in the process of identifying the areas we want to strengthen based on the survey results. Your feedback is important to us and we appreciate the time you have taken to share your thoughts with us. We want to remind you to view the emails and other messaging we send as they contain information about our various real estate tools and system updates.

New Data Center Delivers Better Performance

MetroList is pleased about its recent transition to a new data center which is already delivering better server performance for our subscribers. Our team is continuously researching and investing in our technology infrastructure to ensure maximum reliability and data delivery. As technology has evolved, MetroList remains at the forefront in keeping our data safe, secure and accessible to our subscribers. If at any time you want to know about the MetroList System Status, please visit the System Status page where you can view the status of the various MetroList platforms and sign-up for automatic status alerts.

MetroList Dashboard Enhancement 

This past year, MetroList has been working on enhancing the primary dashboard that is viewed after you log into the MetroList products and service page. The new dashboard is a Rapattoni solution that will make it easier for users to navigate faster to the tools you use most. The dashboard is based on the same platform used in Prospector+. The dashboard is tentatively scheduled to be launched in the 4th quarter of this year.
