July 1, 2020

Dear Brothers,

Marianist Residence:
A special note to ask for your prayers. We were informed this morning, July 1, that one of our Brothers at the Marianist Residence, San Antonio, has tested positive for the COVID virus. The Residence has been using lock-down protocols since the case was first suspected. The staff of the Marianist Residence is currently working with the local health department to arrange for the testing of all community and staff members. They will remain in a lock-down mode until the results are received on testing and are given the all-clear from the health department.

Siena Woods:
We were informed on Tuesday that a staff member (kitchen staff) was diagnosed with the COVID virus. As a result, the Siena Woods staff has re-instituted additional health precautions until additional information is received. Marianist staff is working with the Siena Woods administration to ensure that all guidelines are appropriate. All community and staff members will be tested next week.

Cupertino:
We have no reported cases at Cupertino among the community members nor staff.

Be Safe!
This is a good time to remind ourselves to take social distancing, wearing a mask and other appropriate precautions seriously as we move around.

Thank you!!!
Please join me in giving thanks for all of the staff at our three health care centers. The sacrifice of the community support members and staff are greatly appreciated.

Update & Prayers Requested:
We will keep you informed as information is made available. Please pray for the health of our Brothers and staff at all three of our care centers.
