Praesidium Survey
As you recall, last August a representative of Praesidium contacted a number of you by phone as a part of our reaccreditation process. It was not possible, though, for the in-person portion of their visit to be completed due to the pandemic.
In view of the recent CDC guidelines indicating that within a couple of months, travel and in-person conversations with key persons (e.g., Provincial, Novice Master) and a review of records (e.g., files at the Provincial Offices) will likely be possible, Praesidium is now working to complete our reaccreditation visit.
As part of this final phase, I have been asked to distribute a Survey to all members of the Province as a form of a general “climate assessment.” You will note that the Survey is divided into two parts: questions about the Province and you as a member; and, questions about your experience of Praesidium’s work. The Survey recognizes that in some instances (e.g., in the second part), you may not have sufficient information to make a judgement, so the option of “I don’t know,” is provided or the question may be disregarded.
The Survey is relatively brief – a total of 14 questions. So that we are able to complete our reaccreditation in a timely fashion, I would ask that you respond to the survey by April 3, 2021.
NOTE: Your individual responses will be submitted directly to Praesidium and will be treated confidentially. I, and other members of the Provincial Council, will only receive a summary of the responses to the Survey.
Thanks in advance for your assistance with this final portion of our reaccreditation process.
