Hello Heather,!
I hope this email finds you well, in good health, and in high spirits! My name is Aiden Lambert and I am an alum of Saratoga Central Catholic, a part of the Class of 2021.
Some recent graduates may know me from attending SCC throughout middle and high school from 2014 through 2021. Others may remember me as a younger child, running around the baseball games where my father, Phonsey Lambert '84, coaches. And others may recognize my last name as I am a third-generation student, and many of my cousins, aunts, and uncles attended both St. Peter's Academy and Saratoga Central Catholic.
Growing up I've spent many of my days at the school. From following my dad around the halls as a young child to practicing in the gym when I was playing on the varsity basketball team, it felt like I was at school more than I was at home!
Like many graduates I can attribute many of personal successes to SCC, the school that helped shape me and offered me so much.
Throughout my high school experience I became a leader and the confidence I had in myself grew exponentially from being pushed to be involved in almost everything. I was also surrounded by teachers who truly cared about me, made many lifelong friends, and I always looked forward to my next day at school.
For these reasons I've decided to give back to the school that gave me so much. Since last summer I have served as Marketing Coordinator for SCC while also studying Marketing full-time at the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando. This experience has been both rewarding and challenging. This year I've worked with our talented students with a main focus on creating social media content to reach more local prospective families, all remotely from my dorm at college -- and it's been working! Enrollment is up and more families are scheduling tours now than ever before! With all of our recent renovations and enhancements, it's truly an exciting time to be a Saint!
I am also very excited to share that last month I was named the new head of our alumni office at school! In this role, I will be focused on strengthening our relationships with our alumni, building our network, and hosting events to help bring us all back together.
As I navigate this new role, I ask for your continued support and engagement with our school community. Join our Facebook group, share your news and stories with us since graduation, submit your business to be shown on the *NEW* Alumni Business Directory, give to our Annual Appeal, and continue to cheer on the Saints!
Your stories are an inspiration to current and future SCC students, and we value your support so much. Without our alumni, our school wouldn't be what it is today.
Thank you and Go Saints!
Aiden Lambert '21
